A well focused wine on a core of ripe, concentrated fruit, with a medley of currant, blackberry and wild berry flavors. Impeccably balanced with firm tannins. Flavors run deep and are long and persistent on the finish. Colors are intense with blends of purple and crimson.

2003 was a lighter harvest, with intense fruit and terrior features. The oak intensity combined with the fruit has really come along well with the bottle ageing.
