JOHN PIANETTA
Owner / Winemaker
After serving two tours as a Navy pilot in the Vietnam War, John flew for commercial and corporate airlines for over 25 years. His farming roots never left him, however, and in 1995 he settled on the land in San Miguel that would soon become Pianetta Winery and Vineyards.
CAITLIN PIANETTA
Owner / Winemaker
After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Caitlin took on sales and marketing for Pianetta Winery. In 2006, she spearheaded the opening of the tasting room in downtown Paso Robles to promote direct sales and grow Pianetta's beloved wine club. Now, she is head of wine-making and vineyard management at Pianetta Winery and Vineyards.

This bundle of fluff may be small, but she makes herself known! She can be found in the tasting room politely requesting all of your attention or patiently waiting to clean up if you should drop a crumb. She is always up for a snuggle or ready to entertain the well behaved children of wine tasting parents.
